Your PD Folder is your portfolio which represents you as a professional and your contributions to your school. While the SAU offers a wide range of professional development opportunities, you are strongly encouraged to also pursue outside offerings to create a diverse portfolio and be able to bring innovative ideas to your school and to your colleagues.
The folder will be reviewed by your Administrator as well and your Superintendent and the NH Dept of Education - make sure it represents you and your accomplishments well.
Three Year Goal writing for Re-Certification
At the start of each cycle, you will be asked to write one school goal and one personal goal for each endorsement. To follow are some tools to help with this process.
3 Year IPDP Plan Form
This is the form you will fill out and submit for approval to your PD Rep and Principal.
ESLO Individual and Shared Attribute Form
This is the form you will fill out and submit for approval to your Principal.
Intent to move to Appendix B

John Stark Request for Course Reimbursement
See below in the attached documents. Fill this form out to request reimbursement for your college coursework. Course reimbursement forms go to Irene Gamache at the SAU office.

NH Primex is the online source for our district required Bullying (annual) and Preventing Sexual Harassment training (once per three year cycle).
