Resources, timelines and forms to help you with your re-certification.

Professional Growth

Your PG Folder is your portfolio which represents you as a professional and your contributions to your school. While the SAU offers a wide range of professional growth opportunities, you are strongly encouraged to also pursue outside offerings to create a diverse portfolio and be able to bring innovative ideas to your school and to your colleagues.

The folder will be reviewed by your Administrator as well and your Superintendent and the NH Dept of Education - make sure it represents you and your accomplishments well.

Recertifying this year?

Congratulations! You are ready to renew your teaching certificate. Please follow the instructions and timeline below and let your building representative know if you have any questions.

Submit reflections for any activities you need for this cycle. Let your Building PG Representative know you are ready and they will review your activities and let you know if you are missing anything. After that, the Principal will review and then the Assistant Superintendent does the final review.

You will receive an email from the DOE when your credential has been approved for renewal. This email will go to your primary email address indicated in the DOE Single Sign On system. We recommend that you use your personal email as your primary. If you have changed your name since the last time you renewed, please update your name with the DOE prior to completing this renewal. The email from the DOE will contain a link to pay the renewal fee. Once that is paid you will receive your new credential as an email with a PDF attachment. Please forward that PDF to Cheryl Levandowski at cheryl.levandowski@sau24.org.

Any activities you complete during the remainder of the year can be entered into Loggit after Year 3 is approved. When the Assistant Superintendent approves year 3, you will receive an email from Loggit and that will be your cue to start entering activities for your next cycle.
